Career Success Tips (2)

Your Career represents the most significant portion of your life. This is why at burials, workplace or business achievements are mainly referred to and not necessarily how many children one has.

Are you on the right career path?

Unfortunately, just running one’s life without having an assurance of true progress is dangerous because one might find out at the end of the day that they were on the wrong path all along.

One career reality you must never forget is that there is a path best suited for you.

I’d like to share one of the ways you can know if you are on track.

You MUST have a string of achievements. Now, let me qualify this appropriately. These achievements must enjoy your passion, creativity, pleasurable attention and measurable impact. In other words, you feel alive while on this path. I say this because you can have ‘achievements’ outside your best suited career path. One of my mentors calls it your ‘Natural Habitat’.

A mentor of mine says, ‘a lion is a king in the jungle but a victim in the ocean’. In other words, your dominance is tied to discovering and living in the place of your relevance.

CAREERSHIFT 2.0 will also focus on how to find your natural habitat and begin to achieve success there.

I am in mine. Just yesterday, an attendee of one of my first events informed me she has now become the Executive Director of one of Nigeria’s leading NGO’s & she’s loving it. When she attended my event, she was working with a global consulting firm, she was senior and yet she hated the job. She’s transited and I’m proud to be a part of the story. Your story is next.

Join me (Jimi Tewe), Lanre Olusola, Laila St Matthew Daniel & Tunji Babajide for one of the best investments you can make in your career.

Come learn, network with the speakers & possibly get recruited (Adexen Consulting-recruitment consulting firm).

Ping me or call 07043333041 for payment details.

Enjoy your say!
