A very good morning to YOU!
There are many questions you must answer in life. Some of them have a short term effect while others have a lifetime consequence.
One of the ‘lifetime’ questions you must answer right is this, ‘why am I alive?’. This is what we call the question of purpose.
Until life’s meaning has been discovered many endeavors and achievements will make no meaning in the long run.
With just a few weeks to the end of the year, the answer to this question will serve as a guide to many of your plans for the coming year. It will help you determine what matters most and what is now a distraction. It is possible to be engaged in activities that have no real bearing on your future and so you must learn to use the answer to this question as your compass for life.
One reason why I am on earth at this time is to contribute to solving the unemployment and underemployment challenges in Nigeria and Africa.
This ‘answer’ has helped me determine somethings I MUST do before this year ends.
If you do not know the answer to this question for your life, make a conscious decision to seek for an answer in these last three months.
As ‘unreal’ as it might sound, God that we thank on Monday’s and Friday’s wants you to know your purpose. So, ask Him.
Secondly, start exploring your interests, opportunities and abilities to identify what solutions you can ‘naturally’ provide to the world around you. Once you start this ‘adventure’, God gets involved and leads you.
Ok. Its time to get to work. I hope this has been of benefit to you. If it has, do share it with someone today.
I’ll be speaking today and tomorrow at UNILAG on #GetEmployed. You can follow me on Twitter @jimitewe to get details.
Do enjoy your day.
